Consulting service, defined.Consulting service means an impartial evaluation service as a disinterested third party rendered as part of an appraisal practice that responds to a client's stated objective and any other engagement for which a real property appraiser is employed or retained to act, or would be perceived by third parties or the public as acting, as a disinterested third party in rendering an unbiased opinion.
