76-407. Corporations; violations; penalties.Any such corporation violating the provisions of section 76-406 shall be construed and held to be an alien and within the provisions of sections 76-401 to 76-415 applicable to alien persons. Any such domestic corporation violating the provisions of section 76-406 shall forfeit its charter and be dissolved. Any such foreign corporation violating the provisions of said section shall forfeit its right to do business in the State of Nebraska.
