79-1028.03. Retirement aid; calculation.For schoolfiscal years 2009-10 through 2013-14, an amount calculated by the departmentshall be paid to each school district as retirement aid equal to the productof fifteen million dollars multiplied by the school district's salary percentage.The school district's salary percentage shall equal the total salary reportedby the school district on the annual financial report for the most recentlyavailable complete data year divided by the total salary reported by all schooldistricts in the state on the annual financial report for the most recentlyavailable complete data year.
