79-10,125. Class I school district; schoolhouse; site; facilities; levy; warrants; limitation.If fifty-five percent of the legal voters voting on the proposition under section 79-10,122 vote in favor of the proposition, the school board may at once proceed to carry out the purpose of the levy, and to do so the board may issue warrants as needed, not to exceed eighty-five percent of the amounts raised by the levy, against the fund voted. The interest on any such warrants shall be paid annually.
