79-1148. Children withdisabilities; regionalnetworks, schools, or centers; authorized.TheState Department of Education is authorized to set up one or more statewide regional networks, approvedschools, or centersfor children with disabilities. Anysuch regional network, school, or center may offer residentialfacilities or services forsuch children, and such services shall beunder the control and supervision of the State Department of Education.
