School district boundaries; legal voters; vote at district meetings or district elections.In Class I, II, III, IV, and VI school districts, school district boundaries may comprise all or any part of a precinct or ward in any county or counties, and every legal voter of the school district shall be entitled to vote at any school district meeting or school district election.
