79-741. State Board of Vocational Education; duties.The State Board of Vocational Education shall adopt the policies to be followed in administering vocational education and shall supervise the administration of the policies by the Commissioner of Education. The board shall cooperate with the United States Department of Education in the administration of federal legislation relating to vocational education and shall do all things necessary to entitle the state to receive the benefits of such federal legislation. The board may adopt and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out sections 79-738 to 79-744. 79-741.
