8-1,120. Violators; apprehension and conviction; rewards.The department may offer and pay out of the funds appropriated to it rewards for the apprehension and conviction of any person or persons violating the Nebraska Banking Act, but such rewards shall not exceed two hundred fifty dollars in any one case.
