81-1181. Reimbursement of expenses; retroactive effect.The reimbursement of expenses before July 1, 1976, now authorized by section 81-1178, 81-1179, or 81-1180, is hereby ratified and shall not be subject to attack for the sole reason that it was not authorized at the time. All expenses authorized by section 81-1178, 81-1179, or 81-1180 which were incurred by a member of any state commission, council, committee, or board after July 1, 1976, for which reimbursement has not been made, shall be paid to such member pursuant to sections 81-1174 to 81-1181.
