81-1278. Nebraska AgriculturalProducts Research Fund; created; investment.Thereis hereby created for the use of the Department of Economic Development afund, to be known as the Nebraska Agricultural Products Research Fund, toconsist of any funds appropriated by the Legislature and any funds receivedby gift or from the federal government to be used for the purpose providedin section 81-1279. Transfersmay be made from the fund to the General Fund at the direction of the Legislature. Anymoney in the Nebraska Agricultural Products ResearchFund available for investment shall be invested by the state investmentofficer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska StateFunds Investment Act.
