Water supply; requirements.Except in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply in the food establishment, any food establishment which is not a mobile food unit or temporary food establishment shall:(1) Have water under pressure provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water;(2) Receive water through the use of an approved water main;(3) Have a permanent plumbing system; and(4) Have at least one toilet which is permanent, convenient, and accessible.
