Board; powers; Attorney General provide counsel.The board shall be entitled to the counsel and to the services of the Attorney General and shall have power to compel the attendance of witnesses, pay witness fees and mileage as provided in section 81-1176 for state employees, and may take testimony and proofs and may administer oaths concerning any matter within its jurisdiction.
