82-102. Nebraska State Historical Society; reports; contents.The president and secretary of the Nebraska State Historical Society shall make biennial reports to the Governor of its transactions. The report shall include the transactions and expenditures of the society, together with all historical addresses which have been read before the society during the preceding two years, or which furnish historical matter on data of the state and adjacent western regions.
