84-1205.01. Technical advisory committee; established; membership.The board shall establish a technical advisory committee to assist it in the performance of its duties. The committee shall consist of individuals who have technical experience and expertise in electronic access and information technology. The committee shall have three members. The members shall include a representative from a state agency that is responsible for providing public records, a representative from the information management services division of the office of Chief Information Officer, and a representative from the computer services group of the Legislative Council.
