85-1920. Nebraska OpportunityGrant Fund; created; use; investment.The Nebraska Opportunity Grant Fund is created. Money inthe fund shall include amounts transferred from the State Lottery OperationTrust Fund pursuant to section 9-812. All amounts accruing to the Nebraska Opportunity Grant Fund shall be used to carryout the Nebraska Opportunity Grant Act. Anymoney in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the stateinvestment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and theNebraska State Funds Investment Act. Anymoney in the Nebraska Scholarship Fund on July 1, 2010, shall be transferredto the Nebraska Opportunity Grant Fund on such date.
