9-836.01. Division; sale of tangible personalproperty; distribution of profits.The division may endorseand sell for profit tangible personal property related to the lottery. Anymoney received as profit by the division pursuant to this section shall beremitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the State Lottery OperationTrust Fund to be distributed to the Education Innovation Fund, the Nebraska Opportunity Grant Fund, the Nebraska EnvironmentalTrust Fund, and the Compulsive Gamblers Assistance Fund pursuant to the requirementsof section 9-812.
