39:4-197.8.Ā State Highway Route No. 94 in Sussex and Warren Counties; regulations limiting use
Notwithstanding any other law, the Commissioner of Transportation may adoptĀ regulations limiting the operation of commercial motor vehicles, tractors,Ā trailers or semi-trailers upon that portion of State Highway Route No. 94Ā located in Sussex county and Warren county.Ā In adopting regulations theĀ commissioner shall give consideration to normal traffic volume in the municipalities of the respective counties so that the residents and the business establishments of these counties shall not be penalized.
