§1‑215.2. Time within which judgments or orders signed on days other thanMondays may be attacked.
From and after the 30th day ofSeptember, 1951, no action shall be brought or no motion in the cause shall bemade to attack any judgment or order of any clerk of the superior court byreason of such judgment or order having been signed by such clerk of thesuperior court on any day other than Monday.
