§1‑236.1.  Transcripts of judgments certified by deputy clerks validated.

Each transcript of judgmentfrom the original docket of the superior or district court of a county wherethe same was rendered and docketed, heretofore certified under the official sealof said court, by a deputy clerk thereof, in his own name as such deputy clerk,and docketed on the judgment docket of another county in the State, is herebyvalidated and declared of full force and effect in such county  where docketed,from the date of docketing of the same, to the same extent and with the sameeffect as if said transcript of judgment had  been certified in the name of theclerk of the superior court of said  original county, and under his hand andofficial seal.
