§1‑259.  Supplemental relief.

Further relief based on adeclaratory judgment or decree may be granted whenever necessary or proper. Theapplication therefor  shall be by petition to a court having jurisdiction togrant the relief. If the application be deemed sufficient, the court shall, onreasonable notice, require any adverse party whose rights have been adjudicatedby the declaratory judgment or decree, to show cause why further relief shouldnot be granted forthwith. (1931, c. 102, s. 7.)
