§1‑295.  Undertaking in one or more instruments; served on appellee.

The undertakings may be in oneinstrument or several, at the option of the appellant; and a copy, includingthe names and residences of the sureties, must be served on the adverse party,with the notice of appeal, unless the required deposit is made and noticethereof given.
