§1‑314.  Variance between judgment and execution.

When property has been sold byan officer by virtue of an execution or other process commanding sale, novariance between the execution and the judgment whereon it was issued, in thesum due, in the manner in which it is due, or in the time when it is due,invalidates or affects the title of the purchaser of such property.
