§1‑433.  Bail exonerated.

At any time before finaljudgment against them, the bail may be exonerated, either by the death of thedefendant or his imprisonment in a State prison, or by his legal discharge fromthe obligation to render himself amenable to the process, or by his surrenderto the sheriff of the county where he was arrested, in execution of thejudgment. (C.C.P., s. 161; Code, s. 303; Rev., s. 751; C.S., s.791.)
