(a) At any time duringthe proceedings, a conciliator may prepare a draft conciliation agreement andsend copies to the parties, specifying the time within which the parties mustsignify their approval. The draft conciliation agreement may include theassessment and apportionment of costs between the parties.
(b) A party is notrequired to accept a settlement proposed by the conciliator. (1997‑368,s. 7.)
