§1‑589.1.  Withholding information necessary for service on law‑enforcementofficer prohibited.

When service of subpoena, orany other court process, is sought upon any law‑enforcement officer ofthe State or of any political subdivision thereof pursuant to the provisions ofG.S. 1‑589, or of any other statute, it shall be unlawful for any officeror employee of the agency by whom the officer sought to be served is employedwillfully to withhold the address or telephone number of the officer sought tobe served with subpoena or other process. (1967, c. 456.)
