§105‑345.5. Judgment on appeal enforced by mandamus.
In all cases in which, uponappeal, an order or decision of the Property Tax Commission is affirmed, inwhole or in part, the appellate court may include in its decree a mandamus tothe appropriate party to put said order in force, or so much thereof as shallbe affirmed, or the appellate court may make such other order as it deemsappropriate.
