§ 106‑123. Injunctions restraining violations.

In addition to the remedies hereinafter provided, the Commissioner ofAgriculture is hereby authorized to apply to the superior court for, and suchcourt shall have jurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown to grant, atemporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating anyprovision of G.S. 106‑122, irrespective of whether or not there exists anadequate remedy at law. (1939, c. 320, s. 4.)
