Every 30 calendar days, awholesale distributor of pseudoephedrine products licensed as provided in thisArticle shall submit a report electronically to the State Bureau ofInvestigation that accounts for all transactions involving pseudoephedrineproducts with persons or firms located within this State for the precedingmonth. The report shall be submitted on a form and in a manner approved by theState Bureau of Investigation. A wholesale distributor shall maintain eachmonthly report for a period of two years from the date of submittal to theState Bureau of Investigation. The records shall be readily available forinspection by an authorized official of a federal, State, or local lawenforcement agency or the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
