No hog‑cholera virus or other product containing live virus ororganisms of animal diseases shall be distributed, sold, or used within theState unless permission has been given in writing by the State Veterinarian forsuch distribution, sale, or use, said permission to be cancelled by the StateVeterinarian when he deems same necessary.
