§ 106‑328.  Reporton salvage.

When the appraised cattle have been slaughtered and the amount ofsalvage ascertained, a report, on forms furnished by the State Veterinarian, intriplicate shall be made, signed by the owner and the United States Bureau of AnimalIndustry or State inspector and the appraisers by which the animals wereappraised and destroyed, showing the difference between the appraised value andsalvage. Two copies are to be attached to the voucher in which compensation isclaimed, and one copy to be furnished by the owner of cattle. (1919, c. 62, s. 6; C.S., s. 4887.)
