The Commissioner is authorized through officials, employees, or agentsof the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services designated by him toexamine all books, records, papers, and accounts of warehouses and all cottonstored in warehouses licensed under this Article and of the warehousemenconducting such warehouse relating thereof.
