§ 106‑50.40.  Rulesand regulations.

The Board of Agriculture is authorized to promulgate and adopt,pursuant to Chapter 150B of the General Statutes of North Carolina, such rulesand regulations as may be necessary to enforce the provisions of this Article.Such regulations may relate to, but shall not be limited to:

(1)        Methods of inspection and sampling;

(2)        Examination and analysis of samples;

(3)        Designation of ingredients;

(4)        Identity of product;

(5)        Monetary penalties for samples not meeting guarantees;

(6)        Acceptable ingredients for registration;
