Statutes > North-carolina > Chapter_106 > GS_106-565§ 106‑565. Subsequent referendum.
In the event such referendum so to be conducted as herein providedshall not be supported by two thirds or more of those eligible forparticipation therein and voting therein, then the duly certified agencyconducting the said referendum shall have full power and authority to callanother referendum for the purposes herein set forth in the next succeedingyear, on the question of an annual assessment for three years.
