§ 106‑579.2. Purpose.

It is desirable that there should be uniformity between therequirements of the several states. Therefore, the Board and Commission aredirected, consistent with the purposes of this Article, to so enforce thisArticle as to strive for achievement of such uniformity and are also authorizedand empowered to cooperate with and enter into agreements with any other agencyof this State, or any other state regulating antifreeze, for the purpose ofcarrying out the provisions of this Article and securing uniformity ofregulations in conformity to the primary standards established by this Article.(1975, c. 719, s. 2.)
