§ 106‑642. Emergency action by Commissioner.
The Commissioner may take emergency action with respect to Boardauthority in the provisions of this Article if needed to protect the bee andhoney industry in North Carolina. Such action shall remain in force untilrescinded by the Commissioner or acted on by the Board. (1977, c. 238, s. 9.)
