If anyone shall interfere with or attempt to interfere with theCommissioner or any of his agents, while engaged in the performance of hisduties under this Article, or shall violate any provision of this Article orany regulation of the Board of Agriculture adopted pursuant to this Article, heshall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
