§ 106‑65.78. Penalties.

(a)        Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of thisArticle or the regulations promulgated hereunder, or who shall alter, forge orcounterfeit, or use without authority, any certificate or permit or otherdocument provided for in this Article or in the regulations promulgatedhereunder, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

(b)        Any person who shall, except in compliance with theregulations of the Commissioner, move any regulated article into this Statefrom any other state which the Commissioner found in such regulations isinfested by the boll weevil, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
