North Carolina Biologics Law of 1981.
§ 106‑707. Short title and purpose.
This Article shall be known as "The North Carolina Biologics Lawof 1981." The purpose of the law is to provide for the production and saleof biologics for the prevention or treatment of disease in animals other thanman and to establish controls for the sale and use of biologics in NorthCarolina.
