As used in this Article:
(1) "Association" means the North Carolina StrawberryAssociation, Inc.
(2) "Commercial production" means the production ofstrawberries for sale.
(3) "Department" means the North Carolina Departmentof Agriculture and Consumer Services.
(4) "Strawberry plant seller" means a person who sellsstrawberry plants to growers for commercial production of strawberries. (1989 (Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1027, s. 1; 1997‑261,s. 78; 1997‑371, s. 2.)
