§ 108A‑67. Medicare/Qualified Disabled Working Individuals.

Qualified disabled working individuals are eligible for the payment ofthe Medicare Part A premium.  An individual is qualified for this payment:

(1)        If the Social Security Administration determines theindividual to be a "Disabled Working Individual";

(2)        If the individual's income is less than two hundred percent(200%) of the current federal poverty level, as revised annually; and

(3)        If the individual is less than 65 years of age. (1991, c. 127.)
