The Health Insurance Programfor Children is established. The Program shall be known as North CarolinaHealth Choice for Children, and it shall be administered by the Department ofHealth and Human Services in accordance with this Part and as required underTitle XXI and related federal rules and regulations. Administration of Programbenefits and claims processing shall be as provided under Part 5 of Article 3of Chapter 135 of the General Statutes. (1998‑1, s. 1; 2008‑107, s. 10.13(e).)
