Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Compact andCommission.
§ 113‑251. Definition of terms.
As used in this Article:
(1) "Commission" means the Atlantic States MarineFisheries Commission.
(2) "Commissioner" means a member of the AtlanticStates Marine Fisheries Commission.
(3) "Compact" means the Atlantic States MarineFisheries Compact.
(4) "Fisheries Director" means the Director of theDivision of Marine Fisheries of the Department of Environment and NaturalResources. (1965, c. 957, s. 2; 1973,c. 1262, s. 28; 1977, c. 771, s. 4; 1989, c. 727, s. 109; 2003‑92, s. 2.)
