The boards of county commissioners of the various counties of NorthCarolina are herewith authorized to turn over to the said Department title tosuch tax‑delinquent lands as may have been acquired by said countiesunder tax sale and as in the judgment of the Secretary may be suitable for thepurposes named in G.S. 113‑29, subdivision (5).
