The Wildlife Resources Commission is empowered to make reciprocalagreements with other jurisdictions respecting the matters governed in thisSubchapter. Pursuant to such agreements the Wildlife Resources Commission mayby rule modify provisions of this Subchapter in order to effectuate thepurposes of such agreements, in the overall best interests of the conservationof wildlife resources.
