§ 113‑305. Cooperative agreements by Wildlife Resources Commission.

The Wildlife Resources Commission is empowered to enter intocooperative agreements with public and private agencies and individualsrespecting the matters governed in this Subchapter. Pursuant to such agreementsthe Wildlife Resources Commission may expend funds, assign employees toadditional duties within or without the State, assume additionalresponsibilities, and take other actions that may be required by virtue of suchagreements, in the overall best interests of the conservation of wildliferesources.
