§ 113‑307. Adoption of federal laws and regulations.

To the extent that the Wildlife Resources Commission is grantedauthority under this Chapter or under any other provision of law, includingChapter 75A of the General Statutes, over subject matter as to which there isconcurrent federal jurisdiction, the Wildlife Resources Commission in itsdiscretion may by reference in its rules adopt relevant provisions of federallaw and regulations as State rules. To prevent confusion or conflict ofjurisdiction in enforcement, the Wildlife Resources Commission may provide foran automatic incorporation by reference into its rules of future changes withinany particular set of federal laws or regulations relating to some subjectclearly within the jurisdiction of the Wildlife Resources Commission.
