§ 113‑315.1. Arrangements for and management of referendum; expenses.
The arrangements for and management of any referendum conducted underthe provisions of this Article shall be under the direction of the agency dulycertified and authorized to conduct the same, and any and all expenses inconnection herewith shall be borne by the agency. (1967, c. 890, s. 9.)
