§ 113‑397.  Hearingin emergency.

If an emergency situation, as defined by the Department, arises underthis Article, the Department may conduct a hearing to determine the appropriatecourse of action after giving any notice it considers practicable.  Chapter150B of the General Statutes does not apply to a hearing under this section. The rules of evidence apply in a hearing under this section.
