§ 113A‑127. Coordination with the federal government.

All State agencies shall keep informed of federal and interstate agencyplans, activities, and procedures within their area of expertise that affectthe coastal area. Where federal or interstate agency plans, activities orprocedures conflict with State policies, all reasonable steps shall be taken bythe State to preserve the integrity of its policies.
