The Chair of the Board of Trustees shall report each year by 1 Decemberto the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations, theEnvironmental Review Commission, the Subcommittees on Natural and EconomicResources of the House of Representatives and Senate Appropriations Committees,and the Fiscal Research Division of the General Assembly regarding theimplementation of this Article. The report shall include a list of the projectsawarded grants from the Fund for the previous 12‑month period. The listshall include for each project a description of the project, the amount of thegrant awarded for the project, and the total cost of the project.
